Job summary

The Gibbons Group is seeking motivated Remote Sales Agents to educate clients on life insurance solutions and help them choose coverage that fits their needs. This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers licensing assistance, comprehensive training, mentorship, and the flexibility to work remotely on a part-time or full-time basis.

No prior insurance experience is required; training, licensing support, and ongoing mentorship are provided to help you succeed in a performance-based environment

Qualifications

Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
Licensing assistance, training, and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

Educate clients on life insurance products, including simplified issue coverage with valuable living benefits.
Build strong, lasting client relationships through professional communication and service.
Guide clients through the application process and provide support and answers to questions.
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure a positive experience.
Participate in training and development to build product knowledge and sales skills.
