Qualifications

DFW, TX-area candidates preferred.
In-person interviews for local candidates.
Active Life Insurance License preferred, but not required.
Must be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License if not currently licensed.
Willingness to follow the required training schedule and development process.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and people skills.
Customer service, sales, or relationship-building experience is a plus.
Ability to explain concepts clearly and build trust with clients.
Self-motivated, coachable, dependable, and goal-oriented.
Comfortable using Zoom, email, and other online business tools.
Willing and able to attend weekly training sessions.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be authorized to work and reside in the United States.
Remote opportunities are available nationwide for qualified candidates outside the DFW area.
Candidates are expected to maintain timely communication throughout the interview process.

Responsibilities

Meet with individuals and families to discuss financial goals and protection needs.
Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options.
Present solutions clearly and professionally while helping clients make informed decisions.
Assist clients with applications and guide them through the underwriting process.
Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to policyholders.
Help clients and their families navigate the claims process when needed.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, community outreach, and prospecting.
Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective clients.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all required documentation remains up to date.
Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Obtain and maintain a Life Insurance License (or be willing to become licensed).
