Job summary

The Gibbons Group is seeking motivated Remote Sales Agents to join our team. This position offers flexible remote work with part-time or full-time options, and licensing assistance to help you start in the life insurance industry.

You will educate clients on life insurance solutions, build lasting relationships, and guide them through the application process with ongoing mentorship and training. Compensation is 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential, based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Licensing assistance, training, and ongoing support are provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn in a performance-based environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with good time management.

Responsibilities
