The Jernigan Agency is seeking self-motivated, coachable individuals to work from home as life insurance sales representatives. This role is a 100% commission-based position focused on helping clients with life insurance backed products, typically supporting 3–5 families weekly.

You will use data-driven systems and warm leads; licensing is required or will be supported to obtain it. Occasional travel for conferences; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in life products or willing to get licensed.
• Must have a computer and phone to service the clients.
• Internet connection is a must since this is all online.
• Training is provided.
• Warm leads are available; no cold calling.
• Must be a US citizen.

Responsibilities

• Call on our lead prospects to set up appointments.
• Help each client review options and apply for coverage.
• See the application through underwriting and get clients covered.
