High End Insurance Sales Agency - Now Hiring Top Tier Agents

We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel independently and are looking to succeed in the high-end insurance market.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents desperate to make money, needing immediate financial relief.

• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to generate sales.

• Agents who require hand-holding at every step.

• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-$70/month).

• Individuals who are uncoachable or have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents with strong communication skills and professionalism.

• Agents comfortable discussing high premium policies, with clients paying over $250/month.

• Self-motivated agents ready to follow a proven system without needing external motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).

We are not a traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection. All our sales are conducted virtually via telephone or Zoom.

Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.

We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are simply looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
