High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who urgently need to make money and are desperate.
• Agents who cannot afford to buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step.
• Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• Uncoachable agents with a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent, articulate agents who communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable showing high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom. The average agent invests $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium. We do not participate in lead assist programs.
