An established industry player in high-end insurance sales is seeking top-performing agents who excel in self-management and communication. This role involves selling high-ticket insurance products, where agents can earn substantial commissions by investing in leads. The company offers a proven training system and a trusted lead source, making it an excellent opportunity for self-motivated individuals. If you're ready to embrace a lucrative career in insurance sales without the constraints of traditional policies, this is the perfect chance to join a dynamic team and achieve your financial goals.
We are seeking self-motivated, self-managing sales professionals who excel without extensive oversight.
Agents desperate to make money and needing immediate financial relief
Agents unable or unwilling to invest in their own leads
Agents who require constant hand-holding
Agents interested in low-premium policies ($30-$70/month)
Agents with a non-coachable attitude or a large ego
Competent communicators who speak well and can articulate effectively
Agents comfortable discussing high premiums, with our average client paying over $250/month
Self-motivated agents ready to follow our proven system without needing external motivation
Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers specializing in high-ticket products such as indexed universal life (IUL), infinite banking concept (IBC), and fixed indexed annuities (FIA).
We do not sell traditional life insurance, final expense, or mortgage protection policies. All sales are conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.
Our agents typically invest $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating between $7,000 to $15,000 in premium sales.
We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and a trusted lead source. We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
Please respect our time and ours—we are not interested in wasting either's resources.
