High End Insurance Sales Agency looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who NEED to make money and are desperate
• Agents who CAN'T buy their own leads to make sales
• Agents who NEED their hand held every step of the way
• Cheap agents who sell low premium policies ($30-50-70/month)
• People who are NOT coachable and have a giant ego

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Agents who are competent, articulate, and communicate effectively
• Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month
• Agents who don't need motivation and are ready to follow a proven system

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers, selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products.

We are NOT your traditional life insurance company selling low-premium policies like final expense or mortgage protection.

All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating $7,000 to $15,000 in premium.

We do not participate in lead assist programs.

We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources.

We are looking to expand our team with more high-performing agents.
