High End Insurance Sales Agency is looking for top-tier salespeople who are self-motivated, self-managing, and don't need hand-holding.

Who We Are NOT Looking For:

• Agents who need to make money urgently and are desperate.
• Agents who can't afford to buy their own leads to make sales.
• Agents who need hand-holding at every step.
• Agents selling low premium policies ($30-50-70/month).
• People who are not coachable and have a large ego.

Who We ARE Looking For:

• Competent agents who speak well and communicate effectively.
• Agents comfortable with high premiums; our average client pays over $250/month.
• Agents who are ready to follow a proven system without needing motivation.

Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers selling high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We do not sell traditional life insurance or low-premium policies. All our business is conducted virtually via phone or Zoom.

Our agents typically spend $1,000 to $1,500 weekly on leads, generating premiums between $7,000 and $15,000. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. We are looking to expand our team of high-end agents.
