Qualifications

• Strong communication and consultative sales skills.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor.
• Comfortable with commission-only, performance-based income.
• Prior experience in life insurance, financial services, or a related sales role preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for client calls.
