The role emphasizes owning your own business, creating flexible schedules, and being coachable. Most work is remote with training travel as needed.

Experience is not required, though prior sales or marketing experience helps. This is commission-only, with earnings from $50,000 to $100,000 annually for agents who follow the proven system.

Qualifications

• Be a self-starter with a great attitude and team spirit.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health Insurance License.
• AML Training and E&O Insurance for contracting with multiple carriers is required.
• Leads are accessible to support your profitability and mentorship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Call leads and book appointments daily.
• Run appointments and present eligible coverage options.
• Submit electronic applications to carriers for clients.
• Travel for training and team-building when required.
