Ethos-Life is seeking an experienced, high-energy Sales Manager to lead a fully remote team of 5–15 licensed Life Insurance Agents within the Consumer Sales organization. The role focuses on coaching, onboarding, and ramping new agents, while driving ongoing performance and culture in a fast-growing environment.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building top-performing sales teams, exceeding quotas, and developing sales talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of B2C inside sales leadership experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the telesales insurance industry, including experience in a management or leadership role.
• Demonstrated success leading sales teams to consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Strong coaching and talent-development skills, with experience onboarding, ramping, and developing new sales representatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fully remote team of 5–15 licensed Life Insurance Agents, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
• Coach, train, and mentor Agents to achieve and exceed sales goals daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Onboard, train, and nest new Agents to build skills and confidence before transitioning to permanent teams.
• Collaborate with Consumer Sales Managers to support ramps and performance expectations.
• Provide hands-on coaching and real-time feedback from the sales floor to drive improvement.
