Qualifications

Licensed & ready: active Life & Health license or plan to complete licensing quickly.
Comfortable hosting engaging virtual consultations over live video.
Self-driven with control over daily schedule and productivity.
Eagerness to learn from mentors and refine sales capabilities.

Responsibilities

Reach out to warm leads and prospective clients using digital channels.
Host interactive video consultations to uncover needs and present protection strategies.
Guide clients through application processing and underwriting with carriers.
Maintain relationships to update policies as family milestones occur.
Participate in daily team huddles and masterclass workshops.
