This 100% remote role offers a flexible 4-day schedule, ongoing coaching, and unlimited earning potential through commission-based compensation. No cap on income and a supportive mentorship environment help you scale your practice from home.

Qualificações

• Must hold or be pursuing a State Life & Health license.
• Excellent virtual presentation and video communication skills.
• Strong self-discipline for remote work and timely follow-ups.
• Desire to help families while building personal wealth.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with warm prospects using digital lead systems and CRM channels.
• Consult via video calls to match families with life insurance products (IULs, annuities).
• Oversee underwriting pipeline to issue policies efficiently.
• Perform periodic reviews to adjust coverage as client needs evolve.
• Partake in team coaching and mentorship to increase production.
