Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify life insurance opportunities.
• Recommend appropriate life insurance solutions based on customer needs and goals.
• Work with the agency's existing book of customers to uncover protection gaps.
• Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, prospecting, and community relationships.
• Manage leads and maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process.
• Build long-term customer relationships through proactive communication and ongoing reviews.
• Meet established life insurance activity and production expectations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable insurance and compliance requirements.
