Qualifications
- Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
- Comfortable operating in a digital-first remote sales workflow.
- Strong self-discipline and time management with remote organization.
Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective policyholders across the region using digital channels and video tools.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL protection, and guaranteed annuities via live video sessions.
- Guide applicants through carrier underwriting and keep clients informed throughout.
- Nurture client relationships as needs evolve for recurring revenue.
- Participate in daily team huddles, coaching, and skill workshops to sharpen sales leadership.
