Responsibilities include scheduling virtual Zoom appointments, educating clients on life insurance options, guiding enrollments, and maintaining client records while striving to meet performance and service goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Have a reliable desktop or laptop computer.
• Have dependable high‑speed internet access.
• Be comfortable using Zoom and virtual communication platforms.
• Demonstrate strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be professional, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Be able to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Be willing to obtain the required Life and Health insurance license.
• Be able to complete applicable licensing and background requirements.

Responsibilities

• Connect with company-provided warm leads and existing clients.
• Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments through Zoom.
• Build professional relationships with individuals and families.
• Listen to client needs and identify appropriate benefit options.
• Explain available life insurance and supplemental coverage.
• Answer questions about coverage, eligibility, and enrollment.
• Assist qualified clients with electronic applications and enrollments.
• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up records.
• Provide ongoing customer care and relationship management.
• Participate in virtual team meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
• Develop product knowledge, communication skills, and professional expertise.
• Work toward individual performance and client-service goals.
