• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Process post-issue transactions accurately per procedures and timelines.
• Provide prompt resolutions to internal/external partners and educate customers on workflows and products.
• Explain research, transactions, reporting, or ad hoc requests clearly to customers.
• Assist with priority cases and maintain internal/external contact networks for research.
• Use reporting/tools to conduct research, quality review, and answer customer requests.
