AYS Group is seeking licensed life insurance agents to join our remote sales team. You can work from home in the United States and choose your path as a NEW AGENT, ACTIVE PRODUCER, or BUILDER, with support to develop skills and grow.

Even if you are not licensed yet, our fast-track program will guide you through getting licensed in just a few weeks, with sponsorship for pre-licensing classes. We provide clients who want to connect with you and flexible appointment scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be self-disciplined and growth-oriented.
• Willing to learn and adapt quickly to new licensing processes.
• Ability to work independently with remote guidance.
• Licensed life insurance agent or willing to become licensed.

Responsibilities

• Book client appointments and process insurance orders with minimal cold calling.
