Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term home with fully remote sales. You’ll earn industry-leading compensation and access a proven system that helped Equis become a $40M/year agency.

Responsibilities include meeting clients virtually, educating families on life insurance, and managing a sales pipeline. Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship are provided, with a focus on professionalism and ethics. Remote, U.S. only.

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
