Calion Wealth Group, an Equis Financial agency, is hiring life insurance agents for a long-term home. This fully remote sales role lets you meet clients virtually and earn industry-leading compensation through commissions.

You will receive onboarding, one-on-one coaching, and ongoing training, with opportunities for career advancement and leadership development. U.S.-only remote position with flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Meet with prospective clients virtually.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Educate families on life insurance products and financial protection strategies.
• Conduct sales presentations and recommend solutions based on each client's needs and goals.
• Manage your sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records.
• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership development training.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical business practices.
• Maintain the required state life insurance license.
