Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients across the region using digital channels and company systems.
• Lead supportive virtual consultations that uncover client priorities and recommend tailored strategies.
• Assist policyholders through application paperwork, medical exams, and underwriting steps.
• Provide ongoing policy updates and relationship management as client lives evolve.
• Sharpen product knowledge through daily coaching, peer huddles, and interactive seminars.
