This 100% remote role welcomes recent graduates and career changers, with all training and support provided to learn the business and grow.

You will connect with families, conduct financial protection consultations by phone or Zoom, develop your client base, and work toward obtaining a life insurance license.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, leadership, athletics, or other people-focused roles can be a great foundation.
• No experience? No problem. Your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more than having industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Connect with individuals and families who have requested information
• Conduct financial protection consultations by phone and Zoom
• Learn how to understand client needs and present appropriate solutions
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Develop valuable sales, communication, and leadership skills
• Build and manage your client pipeline
• Work toward obtaining your life insurance license with training and support
