Responsibilities

Reach out to warm leads and prospective clients through digital channels.
Host interactive video consultations to assess needs and present protection strategies.
Guide clients through application processing and underwriting with carrier partners.
Maintain ongoing relationships and update policies as life events occur.
Participate in daily team huddles and training sessions.
