Qualifications
- Active State Life & Health License (or able to obtain)
- Comfortable conducting virtual consultations via Zoom or Google Meet
- Self-motivated with ability to work remotely
- Strong empathy and clear communication with clients
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual consultations with pre-qualified leads to explain life insurance options like IUL and annuities
- Design tailored protection plans aligned with client goals
- Assist clients through application forms and underwriting with admin support
- Build lasting relationships with policyholders as their needs evolve
- Collaborate in daily team huddles to refine sales playbooks
