You’ll work 100% remote, building client relationships via video calls, with a 4-day workweek and a commission-based compensation structure offering unlimited earning potential. A State Life & Health License is recommended, and ongoing coaching and marketing support are provided.

Qualifications

• State Life & Health license required or in process.
• Experience in life insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meeting with prospective clients via structured video calls.
• Assessing financial needs and matching families with carrier products.
• Guiding applications from submission to policy delivery.
• Participating in interactive sales workshops, product training, and team coaching.
