Qualifications
- Active state Life & Health Insurance License (or plan to obtain quickly).
- Comfort presenting to clients over live video platforms.
- Strong self-discipline for a work-from-home setting.
- Empathetic listener with excellent verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to warm prospects and leads using digital channels.
- Conduct virtual consultations to tailor life insurance and IUL strategies.
- Guide clients through application, medical underwriting, and policy approvals.
- Provide ongoing policy reviews and long-term support to families.
- Participate in weekly strategy huddles and training sessions.
