Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life Insurance license or be willing to obtain it quickly.
• Proficient in conducting virtual consultations via phone/video.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients via digital channels and company systems.
• Lead virtual consultations to uncover client priorities and tailor strategies.
• Assist policyholders with applications, medical exams, and underwriting steps.
• Provide ongoing policy updates and relationship management as client lives evolve.
• Engage in daily coaching, peer huddles, and seminars to sharpen product knowledge.
