The role offers flexible scheduling with a four-day week, ongoing training, group health options, lead systems, and incentive travel opportunities. Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential.

Qualifications

State Life & Health Insurance License (or willingness to obtain one before starting).
Warm, professional communication across digital video platforms.
Self-motivation and high accountability in a work-from-home environment.
Service-first attitude with client interests at center of conversations.

Responsibilities

Connect virtually with families looking for life insurance, IUL, and annuity coverage.
Host video consultations to uncover client financial risks and offer solutions.
Guide families through application processing, underwriting, and policy placement.
Maintain relationships with policyholders as families grow, providing ongoing support.
Participate in mentorship and industry workshops to improve sales capabilities.
