Qualifications

• Licensed life insurance advisor or willingness to obtain license with guidance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with telephone-based sales and remote client interactions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephone consultations with life insurance prospects.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance solutions.
• Present products, provide quotes, and guide clients through the application process.
• Follow up with prospects and manage opportunities in the CRM.
• Maintain accurate client records and provide responsive customer service.
• Maintain product knowledge and comply with licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Operate as a 100% commission-based independent contractor.
