Position Overview:
We are seeking driven, coachable individuals to join our team as Remote Life Insurance Advisors. This client-focused role involves working directly with members who have requested information about their benefits, educating them on coverage options, assisting with policy selections, and ensuring their financial security. This position is ideal for those passionate about helping others while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions
  • Educate clients on benefit programs and coverage options tailored to their specific situations
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and adhere to all state licensing and compliance requirements
  • Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service

The Georgia Temporary Life Insurance License Program:
We utilize Georgia’s Temporary Life Insurance Licensing Program to fast-track the hiring process. This program allows new advisors to begin training and work under a temporary license while completing the full licensing requirements. If you are willing to invest in obtaining your life insurance producer license, we will provide guidance and support throughout the process to ensure your success.

Qualifications:

  • Reside in Georgia
  • U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required
  • Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (temporary license options available in Georgia)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
  • A passion for helping others and making a positive impact

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is beneficial but not required
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms, such as Zoom, is a plus
