This client-focused role involves working directly with members who have requested information about their benefits, educating them on coverage options, assisting with policy selections, and ensuring their financial security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend appropriate life insurance and supplemental benefit solutions
• Educate clients on benefit programs and coverage options tailored to their specific situations
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure timely follow-ups
• Stay updated on product knowledge and adhere to all state licensing and compliance requirements

Qualifications:

• Reside in Georgia
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required
• Willingness to obtain a state life insurance license (temporary license options available in Georgia)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting
• A passion for helping others and making a positive impact

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is beneficial but not required
