You will educate clients about policy features, process applications, and stay informed about industry changes to offer relevant advice.

Qualifications

• License in Life and Health insurance is required or must be willing to obtain.
• Experience in life and health insurance sales preferred.
• Strong communication, verbal and written, ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Ability to build trust-based client relationships with empathy and professionalism.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets and grow business.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for multiple clients and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients’ life and health insurance needs through consultations.
• Recommend personalized life, health, and supplemental products.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with exceptional service.
• Educate clients about policy features and benefits for informed decisions.
• Process applications, claims, and policy changes per State Farm policies.
