Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual financial discovery sessions to evaluate client needs and recommend life insurance, living benefits, and guaranteed annuities.
- Utilize CRM tools and digital channels to engage inbound and outbound leads.
- Build relationships via empathetic virtual communication to maintain long-term client trust.
- Coordinate with carriers to streamline client applications and policy issuance processes.
- Collaborate with team members during daily virtual stand-ups and mentorship sessions.
