Overview

Remote Sales Team Lead – Life Insurance (U.S. Only) 100% Remote | Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to hire candidates residing in New York or Massachusetts.

About the Role: We’re searching for a Sales Team Lead who is passionate about driving results, mentoring others, and delivering exceptional client service. In this role, you will not only sell life insurance products but also recruit, train, and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious goals. Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership & Development: Build, coach, and develop a team of high-performing sales representatives; provide continuous guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback; cultivate a strong team culture centered on growth and success.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales plans to drive performance and meet targets; analyze key performance metrics and optimize sales processes; actively engage in sales activities to lead by example.
  • Client Relationships & Service Excellence: Oversee client interactions to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction; support team members in handling complex client inquiries and objections; foster long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
  • Ongoing Training & Development: Conduct training on sales strategies, product knowledge, and best practices; keep the team informed about industry trends, regulations, and company policies; identify skill gaps and provide tailored coaching to enhance performance.
