Qualifications
- Licensed Life & Health Agent or willing to complete pre-licensing requirements.
- Proficient with digital communication tools, CRM navigation, and virtual video hosting.
- Self-starter able to maintain high focus and production in a work-from-home role.
- Desire to master insurance sales and potentially advance to agency leadership.
Responsibilities
- Build connections with prospective clients across regional markets using digital platforms.
- Present customized life insurance, IUL, and annuity strategies via live video.
- Manage client pipelines from initial consultation through underwriting and policy delivery.
- Cultivate long-term client loyalty through regular follow-ups and annual coverage reviews.
- Engage in daily training stand-ups, leadership coaching, and sales strategy workshops.
