Qualifications

• Licensed Life & Health Agents preferred, but not required
• Willing to obtain a license with guidance provided

Responsibilities

• Meet with individuals and families to assess financial protection needs
• Educate clients on life insurance, mortgage protection, and retirement solutions
• Recommend customized coverage options based on client goals and budget
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service
• Generate business through referrals, networking, and company-provided lead resources
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing policyholders
• Stay informed on industry trends, carrier updates, and product offerings
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
