Job summary

Taubman Financial Management in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring Life & Annuity Sales Agents to sell life insurance and annuities remotely. This is a 100% commission-based role with uncapped income potential and no base salary.

You'll receive mentorship, comprehensive training, and access to pre-licensing courses, with the option to work as an individual producer or build a team, all while helping clients secure their financial futures.

Qualifications

• A strong drive and will to win
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
• Excellent communication and people skills
• No experience necessary — we'll train you from the ground up
• Must be at least 4 years post-highschool graduation
• Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident, and willing to obtain a life insurance license

Responsibilities

• As a Life & Annuity Sales Agent, you'll speak with people who've already reached out wanting information on life insurance and annuities — no prospecting or cold outreach required.
• Your job is to guide them through their options and help them find the right coverage for their families and financial futures.
• You can choose your own path: work independently as a top-producing agent, or build and lead a team — creating passive income that builds lasting financial security for you and your family.
