Job summary

Taubman Financial Management (TFM) is seeking Life & Annuity Insurance Sales Agents for a 100% remote, uncapped commission opportunity. You will connect with clients, tailor life insurance and annuity solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role rewards self-starters with strong communication and a growth mindset.

Prior sales or financial services experience helps, license required or we’ll help you obtain one. You set your schedule and control your pipeline.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.
• License required or we guide you to obtain one.
• Prior sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients to assess financial goals and protection needs.
• Present and tailor life insurance and annuity solutions.
• Guide clients through the application and enrollment process with integrity.
• Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Manage your own schedule and pipeline as the CEO of your business.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to grow skills.
