Job summary

Taubman Financial Management is seeking Life & Annuity Sales Agents to join our remote team. You’ll work 100% remotely, earning uncapped commissions with no base salary and no ceiling, guided by experienced mentorship and comprehensive training.

You can come from any background; we’ll train you from the ground up. You must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident and willing to obtain a life insurance license in your state to start building a lasting financial career.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen or legal resident and willing to obtain a life insurance license in your resident state
• Must be at least 4 years post-high school graduation
• No prior experience required — training provided
• Strong self-motivation and coachability are essential
• Excellent communication and people skills are required

Responsibilities
