Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and offers contractors opportunities across the United States. Therapists are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy while Rula handles billing, claims, and administrative tasks.

LMHC compensation is $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with direct deposit every two weeks. Credentialing is fast-tracked, and therapists can focus on client care while benefiting from referrals and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT/LICSW/LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Must be licensed in Washington
• Must be able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth psychotherapy sessions with LMHC/LMFT/LICSW credentials
• Maintain session notes and treatment plans for clients
• Coordinate with billing, EHR, and admin processes handled by Rula
