Job summary

Rula Health is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington. Therapists join as 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy, enabling focus on client care while Rula handles billing, claims, and admin.

We compensate LMHC at $80 per hourly session (53 minutes) with guaranteed biweekly payments and no-show protections. In-person session bonuses may apply as described by the program. Remote work is available for WA-based clinicians.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Licensed in Washington (WA).
• Able to provide telehealth.
