Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field required.
• 3+ years general insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong English verbal and written proficiency; bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote the company's product portfolio via telephone and internet.
• Respond to consumer inquiries through inbound and outbound calls, email, and website Live Chat.
• Maintain web site copy and manage the affiliate program.
• Assist in maintenance of marketing materials and social media presence.
