Job summary

Brave Health is hiring full-time Licensed Therapists to join our telehealth team, delivering outpatient mental health care remotely from home. You will provide evidence-based therapy to a diverse patient population across the lifespan.

The role offers a weekday schedule with 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CDT, a base salary with a bonus, comprehensive benefits, PTO, liability coverage, and an annual education stipend. Spanish language skills are a plus as we serve Medicaid/Medicare patients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or related field and licensure.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Private space for patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth.
• Treat patients across the lifespan in a remote setting.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and coordinate care.
• Maintain HIPAA and data privacy standards.
