Job summary

Thriveworks is hiring licensed clinicians to provide telehealth care to clients in Idaho. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based treatment and flexible scheduling.

You’ll work with a clinical community across the country, with comprehensive benefits and support handling credentialing, billing, scheduling, and training.

Candidates must be independently licensed in Idaho and commit to a minimum caseload; strong tech fluency with EHR and telehealth platforms is required.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Idaho— LCPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
