Job summary

Brave Health is seeking licensed therapists to join our remote outpatient telehealth team. You will provide evidence-based therapy to diverse patients from home, with flexible 9am-6pm EST shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements include a Master's degree and LMHC/LMFT with Diagnostic Privileges and work authorization in the U.S. Fluency in English; Spanish a plus. Compensation includes base pay $80k-$89k plus bonuses, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field and licensure.
• All LMHC and LMFT candidates must have Diagnostic Privileges.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization; no visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy via telehealth.
• Treat a diverse patient population and maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes.
