Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients across the country, with a focus on Texas licensure. You’ll benefit from administrative support, credentialing, scheduling, and marketing assistance while you build a full caseload within 90 days. Flexible scheduling seven days a week from 7 a.m.

to 10 p.m. ET, with telehealth capabilities and modern EHR tools to streamline care.

Qualifications

• Independent license in Texas (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/PhD) required.
• Client-focused with ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to clients.
• Build a full caseload within 90 days of credentialing.
• Utilize telehealth and EHR tools to document and coordinate care.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership and team members.
