Job summary

Thriveworks is actively seeking licensed clinicians to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to a large national client base. You will work with a flexible schedule, including telehealth options, while contributing to a clinician-led community that supports credentialing, billing, and scheduling.

Full-time clinicians receive health insurance, student loan repayment assistance, paid time off, and additional employer-sponsored benefits.

Qualifications

• Independently licensed and living in Texas — LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
• Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
• A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
• Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
• Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
• A good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributors
• Specialty Population is subject to client demand
• Specialties Preferred: Licensed Therapist specializing in, and with experience providing counseling to Child and Adolescent and/or Play Therapy

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to clients.
• Credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support handled by Thriveworks so you can focus on care.
• Maintain a flexible schedule with telehealth and/or in-person sessions as needed.
• Participate in the clinical community with monthly case consultations and opportunities for supervision in select states.
