Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed providers in Washington and seeks LMFT/LICSW/LMHC licensed therapists to join as 1099 contractors. Providers enjoy complete schedule autonomy, rapid credentialing and steady referrals while Rula handles billing, claims and admin tasks.

Therapists can maintain clinical independence, deliver telehealth sessions, and receive guaranteed biweekly payments. In-person session bonuses may apply in WA for enhanced compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Must have a valid NPI number.
• Licensed in Washington and eligible to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (individual, couples, or family).
• Maintain sessions notes and treatment plans in the EHR.
• Coordinate with Rula for billing, claims and calendar management.
