Job summary

Rula is expanding its network of licensed clinicians in Washington and is seeking LMFT/LICSW/LMHC-licensed professionals to join as 1099 contractors. You will deliver telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families, while Rula handles billing, admin tasks, and insurance submissions.

Work with complete schedule autonomy—set your own hours, choose how many clients to see, and receive dedicated referrals.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth therapy sessions (53-minute LMHC sessions) to clients.
• Complete session notes and documentation within EHR.
• Handle private practice responsibilities while Rula manages billing, claims, and insurance processes.
